At Beaconsfield Children’s Hub Panorama Estate our Educators are committed educators respecting children, their colleagues and the aspirations of the centre. All early childhood professionals employed at Beaconsfield Children’s Hub Panorama Estate strive to provide a nurturing and caring environment for children in their care. Each early childhood professional aims to provide a caring, friendly and high quality developmental program for children of all ages.
Our team of educators are thoughtful, deliberate and purposeful in the way they respond to children. They are clear about what they want children to learn and why, and how to bring that learning to life. We value communication with families and acknowledge that each family are the primary influence of their child’s learning and development, our role is to build a partnership with each family here at Beaconsfield Children’s Hub. Each partnership will be unique, building a link between home and our service. Our key role is to build on children’s confidence, sense of wellbeing and security, and motivate children to actively engage in learning with others in every aspect of our programs. All educators working here at Beaconsfield Children’s Hub have completed a Qualification in Early Childhood Education and/or are currently undergoing studies in the industry.
All educators who work at Beaconsfield Children’s Hub Panorama Estate hold some form of Early Childhood Qualification and/or are currently undergoing studies. Each educator holds a current These certificates and Training are updated annually. First Aid Certificate, has attended Asthma and Epi-pen training programs, Child Protection Training and holds a Working with Children Check.
Training and professional development is encouraged and supported at Beaconsfield Children’s Hub Panorama Estate. A range of customised professional development activities for Beaconsfield Children’s Hub Panorama Estate employees are delivered in a range of formats that are designed to meet professional development requirements.
